Coffee House

The Coffee House Portfolio is a portfolio that was popularized by Bill Schultheis' book "The Coffeehouse Investor.” This book and portfolio has an almost cult like following on the internet. The portfolio is easy to implement and has done well in the past. However, it doesn’t have enough international for my taste. Note how the domestic equities are split between balanced and value giving this portfolio a value tilt.
